What is compounding?
Compounding is the preparation of customized medications to meet specific patient needs. It allows us to create medications in strengths, forms, or flavors that are not commercially available.
Why would I need a compounded medication?
Patients may need compounded medications if they require a unique dose, need a dye-free or preservative-free option, cannot swallow tablets, or if a medication is discontinued by the manufacturer.
Do I need a prescription for compounded medications?
Yes. Just like with any other prescription medication, your provider must send us a prescription before we can prepare your compounded medication.
How do I transfer my prescription to your pharmacy?
Simply ask your doctor to send your prescription directly to us or contact our pharmacy team and we can help coordinate the transfer.
Can my provider call or fax in a compounded prescription?
Absolutely! We accept prescriptions by phone, fax or e-prescribe.
Are compounded medications covered by insurance?
We are cash only pharmacy. Most of the compounded medications are not covered by insurances. We accept Credit card, Debit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal.
How do I take or use my compounded medication?
Instructions will be clearly labeled on your prescription container. If you ever have questions, our pharmacists are available to guide you.
Are compounded medications safe?
Yes. Our pharmacy follows strict quality and safety standards to ensure each compounded prescription is prepared accurately and safely.
How long will my compounded medication last?
Beyond-use dates (like expiration dates) vary depending on the medication and dosage form. Each prescription will have this clearly noted on the label.
Do you offer home delivery or shipping?
We are closed door pharmacy, and we deliver medications directly to your doorstep anywhere in Arizona.
How long does it take to receive my medication?
Most compounded prescriptions are ready within 1–3 business days. Some specialized formulations may take a little longer, and we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
Can you flavor medications for children?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of kid-friendly flavors like bubblegum, strawberry, and grape to make medicine time easier.
Do you compound medications for pets?
Yes, we work closely with veterinarians to prepare custom medications for dogs, cats, and even exotic pets.
